Novels awaiting an English version
Daniel Arsand – En silence (France)
Original Language: French,
Year of publication: 2000,
This is simply a masterpiece – but as far as I can tell we have yet to see an English version. The French style might prove too difficult to translate.
Beatrice Beck – L’enfant chat (Belgium)
Original Language: French,
Year of publication: 1984.
A short read, but worth every word.

Antonio Tabucchi – Tristano muore: una vita (Italy)

Tabucchi is often mentioned as a future Nobel Prize winner, and this may very well be his best Novel.
Joan F Mira – Purgatori (Spain)
Original Language: Catalan

If you can read Catalan you can have a look at some extracts from this Novel.
